The State Security Service said Khabeishvili was arrested on charges of openly offering bribes to police officers. Specifically, he stated in TV broadcasts that any police officer who refused to carry out orders on October 4, the day of the announced revolution, would receive a financial reward.

Nino Dolidze, former head of ISFED (an NGO monitoring elections), is at Tbilisi City Court for questioning. The Prosecutor General’s Office summoned her after seizing the bank accounts of ISFED and other NGOs.

Photography and videography are prohibited at Tbilisi City Court, so I cannot share images or footage. However, dozens of people want to attend today’s court hearings, and the court has, as expected, assigned the smallest rooms available.
