Loved the @mikemignola.bsky.social documentary Drawing Monsters from the Nacelle Company (who I recently did some toy reviews for). A couple of things I would have loved for it to touch was his work on both Fafred & the Grey Mouser & Dracula. I always saw those tonally as Hellboy adjacent.

Finally watched Deadpool and Wolverine and really enjoyed it. Cassandra Cain was an amazing villain. I'm shocked I wasn't spoiled of everything, which made it better. Also, it's so odd how well comedy offsets gross out gore. I can not do horror movies, but this is aces.

While I love going to Comic and Toy cons, this weekend, my wife led the way to an Artist Supplies Fair at the iconic Salmagundi Club in NYC. Being a former art store (x2) manager, it was cool to kinda reconnect with this scene. Ultrazilla Jr. also asked a ton of questions, making a lot of days.

I mentioned all the things I'm into because I enjoy scrolling the timeline/feed (whatever it's called here) and seeing what folks I follow are into besides what they're known for. It's makes everyone multidimensional and that's just so much better not only for followers, but for themselves.
