Gonna be honest that I kinda hate OpenAI's direct targeting of healthcare. Startup people are always trying to get a piece of that pie because "Total addressable market". So they're running into the fire with a tool they openly admit makes shit up *less* than previous models (Notably not "never").

I feel like every single day I need to post a reminder: if you ask an LLM about itself it DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ITS INNER WORKINGS and WILL NOT TELL YOU ANYTHING ACTUALLY ABOUT ITSELF. It just (as it always does) will make up some plausible sounding answer.

The idea that all government activities must turn a profit is not just as philosophical difference of opinions. It is fundamentally (and likely deliberately) misunderstanding what the government does and how it creates value.
