I made a proper lovely tuna pasta salad for a packed lunch today; I'll have to remember for next time. Tin of tuna, half a chopped spring onion, a handful of cherry tomatoes chopped up, mayo, pasta and some grated cheddar all mixed up. Simple but the cheese made it special.
