Refugee Week starts today ☀ This year’s theme, Courage, feels especially resonant. Courage in the journeys people have taken to find safety. Courage in rebuilding lives in new places. And courage in communities that choose welcome, solidarity, and understanding.

🍃 The climate crisis is not just an environmental emergency. It's rooted in inequality, unfair trade & broken economic systems. Small-scale producers need fair conditions to be part of the solution. When the system is fair, sustainability follows.

A Lent 🧵1/6 I’ve been slow to write a reflection today. That’s partly a reaction to the world situation. We woke up this morning to a world even more immersed chaos than it was yesterday. It made my plan to spend the 2 week of Lent focusing on the blessing of gospel living seem at best irrelevant.
