Rush Frame Presentation is perhaps the biggest upgrade for P+ netplay since Netplay v4. In my testing on various hardware, it reduces input delay by at least half a frame (aka 1 buffer in mainline) in P+, effectively shaving off ~16ms of ping - connections up to 50ms can now feel like console!

Very happy to finally have us moved over to mainline Dolphin after months and months of work. Testing has been rigorous to make sure there isn't anything we're leaving behind, as this will be our base for rollback.
