#hiking Summer hiking and winter hiking are essentially different sports. Summer trains the big movers (quads, glutes, etc.) and cardio. Winter trains stabilizers and those crazy fascia complexes you never knew existed. Plus there's the cold adaptation and lipid changes that summer can't touch.
