Why is this considered an extra feature that wasn't available at launch? How does Nintendo continue to get away with being 20 years behind the industry?

Looked more into hypothyroidism and it explains my extremely low libido and low heart rate (called brachycardia).

The combo of skipping breakfast and taking my thyroid med in the morning is making a difference. No longer feeling exhausted all day.

Skipping breakfast will work better with my thyroid meds because I'm supposed to take that on an empty stomach before any breakfast for it to work.

Going to try intermittent fasting again where I skip breakfast and try to stand more in my cubicle at work. Fasting had worked for me about 9 years ago but had abandoned it because eventually it encouraged me to overeat when I did eat my meals, and then it stopped working. Will see how this goes.
