ive found that MOST friction comes from when someone had a long unmet need/unresolved problem, and made secret rules to cope with it, and have maintained the coping mechanism so long that they get Really pissed and uncomfortable if you point out that they want everyone to follow the secret rules too

Listening to Pete Seeger's rendition of "We Shall Overcome" and thinking of home. Thinking of my childhood & time with my dad in the folk music scene, festivals by beautiful riversides and singing together, hundreds, thousands strong from the heart. There is so much worth fighting for together.

Still creating but still here sometimes. It'll be a long road, I think. I'll just keep doing my best. I won't let those who trample on my heart and take advantage of my good will change me for the worse. May they sleep as well as they deserve.

I have had little to say on certain things because my heart is too heavy to piece the words together. Oh for a world where we could dare to love each other well.

It’s probably weird to say that, but I do have a lot of personal attachment to cockroaches. When I draw 1 roach, there are always another 10 more I wanna do! But there’s only so much canvas space so I had to make choices … swipe to see the species list!
