Some real neat mushrooms i saw today.

And the trees do THIS in April!! I was just coming down from the autumn foliage.

Like, i'm used to two birds being around. Pidgeons and the common grackle. Here, we got these adorable bastards descending en masse. I'aint never seen more than one robin at a time, ever. There were like 300 on my walk today! And i'm the only one amazed by it!!

So i moved recently. From, what can generally be referred to as, the swampy oil-rich region of the southern "united" states, to a lush valley, nestled snuggly between the Blue Ridge and Appalachian mountain ranges. And it's...just one of Earth's greatest gifts to living things. I am in constant awe.
