Late night idea for if I hit the lotto (I wont). Buy a huge plot of land, build 7-10 houses on it (3-4bed/2-3 bath), make a vtuber neighborhood where utilities are run thru my account to the houses. Then rent it out for cheap to fellow vtuber friends in a way they can build credit.
