I liked but didn't love this movie when I saw it in 1978. My opinion has changed. I now feel that this film is more in line with my own philosophies than the 1939 classic, Previously the movie has always looked dull and lifeless, but now the breathtaking color pops off the screen! A+ for Amazing!

At the beginning of A New Hope, C-3PO says there will be "no escape for the princess this time". Yes, there is the inconsistency from the later scene when he doesn't recognize her hologram. But I am more intrigued by the whole inference that "this time" is just the latest in a series of adventures.
