I have my second ADHD appointment today. If all goes well, I will be leaving it with a prescription. I am both terrified and hopeful. I am keeping my expectations realistic. Medication isn't going to fix me... but I'm hoping that it'll help enough to be able to push through the worst of it.

I have now shown Sky "The Princess Bride", a movie we forgot he hadn't seen yet. He now understands all the "Mawwage" jokes that was put onto our wedding guestbook.

I was writing up a heehoo post of my current ADHD rabbit hole when all of a sudden.... THE WEED WACKER IS BACK. THEY WERE HERE FOR FOUR AND HALF HOURS YESTERDAY. AND THEY'RE BACK. AAAAAAAAAAAA At least it smells nice with the freshly cut grass.....

This is 100% a *me* problem, but I have a.... THING about really loud stuff, like appliances that buzz louder than average, large construction equipment, hair dryers, etc, especially if they run longer than 20 minutes. Weed wackers are near top of the list, and OH THE ANXIETY I AM FEELING RN

This trap has me firmly in it's grasp You see it a lot in animation/cartoon style tips It's a rule I constantly think about when drawing, and it makes me uncomfortable to hide/occlude any part of the body which can result in really unnatural posing

I get such a pure joy when I start hearing the geese coming back every year. To me that is the true mark that Spring is just around the corner, because even if there is one or two more snowfalls, I know it's almost done because they wouldn't be back otherwise.

I'm more than likely going to have to up the amount needed, Minty had a followup appointment today and may be having invasive surgery soon. I will keep everyone updated, but please if you can spare even a dollar it will help, spreading the word also helps immensely.
