My resolution for this year is the same as every other year - if a pen doesn’t work, it gets tossed right away.

I’m sensing a theme.

I worked hard last year and didn’t get a raise. I worked harder this year and got no recognition. I’m 2 for 2.

Yet again I am reminded that management doesn’t give a shit about the people who actually do the work.
