Many folks don’t understand #LongCovid this one sentence summation is one of the best I’ve seen. “Picture waking every day with flu-level exhaustion, a migraine, and widespread aches and pains and knowing that doing too much today could steal tomorrow; that’s Long Covid and ME/CFS.”

I pushed beyond my energy limits, and I’m experiencing severe post-exertional malaise, characterized by increased headaches, muscle, and joint pain. I find it difficult to remain upright and often have to lie down. This is the reality of #LongCovid.

Couldn’t sleep, I might have 7 hours over five nights. #LongCovid is so hard. I’m having the worst back pain. Because of kidney disease, I was born with one kidney, I can’t take NSAIDs. The last 24 hours has been so hard. I’m barely hanging on. Something has to break for me. Please!!! 🙏🙏🙏
