I’m not drinking for a while, my normal beer a night was creeping up to uncomfortable amounts, fuck that. I don’t get mental withdrawal (luckily) so stopping hasn’t been hard, just breaking the fixation. However my garmin watch is freaking out over the lower heart rate and lack of calories.
