There's NO such thing as "progressive" or "ethical" or "green" investments. Investing is premised on the production of surplus value (e.g. to make more $$$ than you start with), and surplus value comes from: 1) the exploitation of workers, and 2) the exploitation of nature. Profits ARE exploitation.

Don't listen to Smith's dishonest rhetoric of "protecting kids." Look at the action of what her policies do, who her policies hurt, and what people she hires advocate for.

Danielle Smith pushes for "parental rights" and "protecting kids," as justification to block teens from accessing lifesaving gender-affirming care. All the while, she hires people who publicly tell teens they should be beaten. The trend here? Smith and her staff pushing for stuff that hurts kids.

The government is reducing service standards and Canada Post’s biggest advantage: its nationwide network. This plan is about cutting back the postal service instead of investing to give it new revenue tools through things like postal banking. It’s shameful.
