One final honorable mention that I must give. The Dead Coconut has been killing it for the past few years. It may just be a bar, but they go above and beyond, that it may as well be the 11th house of the event. Awesome drinks and atmosphere. A must see.

I always forget to mention these, but their two shows are really fun to watch. Circus of Decay is a bit of a repeat from last year, but still fun. Nothing major, but things to catch if you can work them into your night. Highly recommend

Did I forget one? Oh yeah... this shit. Dude clearly bought his way into the event all to grieve his brother, which is sad but like... why are you here? Wouldn't go there even if you paid me. Well okay maybe I would, but I wouldn't like it! -10/10

10/10. Contender for favorite house I've ever been in. It's long, shock full of visceral scares and effects. Art's everywhere having a blast. It's fun, it's scary and you should go. Wish the wet route was more of a thing and actual fake blood, but we can't always get what we want

This poor house was clearly meant to be this year's mascot and it absolutely should be. One of the best houses I've seen with so much detail that I want to just look at it all. Deserves better than what they gave it. A must this year. 8/10

These next two are neck and neck, but after a lot of thought I think this is just a bit under the next. Amazing effects, great scares but it does get a tad inexplicable near the end that begs a better explanation. 7/10

Probably one of the best representations of the Friday the 13th series I've ever seen. Jam packed with scene from the movies, Scare Actors around every corner, long and intense. One of the best houses based on a franchise I've seen. 6/10

A bit of a standard affair, might have been lower than Dolls: Let's Play Dead, but some effects in it absolutely push it to a higher spot (not to mention the gargantuan animatronic at the end) Another all around good experience. 5/10

A lot of fun effects in this one, some things I think could be better but it does a great job of looking like being in a toy house. All around solid, no real complaints, but nothing insane (save for maybe the huge yarn spider.) 4/10

An IP that I was really excited for after last year and another experience that was simply 'okay' when we got it. Not bad by any means, but I felt it could be better. Far less expectation than FNAF though, so I was far less let down. Fun, but needs more. 3/10

This thing took an eternity to get into HHN and when it got to us it was simply...okay. Based entirely on the movie, which is a shame as there's many things from the game that would have improved this. Not bad, but not great. 2/10

Onto the houses (in ascending order) This was the only house I left feeling left down. Really wasted opportunities all around. Bland scares, bland sets, didn't hear any retro music. Clearly sold this on the clout alone and didn't try (as usual) Genuinely a shame. 1/10

A complete fucking joke. It's not a Scare Zone, hell it's barely anything at all. A total waste of the space which used to have great Scare Zones. Don't know what they were thinking, the Dead Coconut is this but a million times better. 0/5

Mel's Die-In has been a staple of HHN forever, so making it into a legit Scare Zone was well deserved. Unfortunately it's little more then a few Scare Actors outside of the restaurant and that's a shame. I want this to be be so much more and it deserves better. 1/5

A really fun concept that I wish this was better as it follows the flow of it's story really well. Some great set ups and scenes that happen throughout, but I feel it needs more time to cook (possibly in a full house) 2/5
