crisis averted LOL

This is it… the biggest spinny shot I’ve ever worked on!!! There was NO 3D involved in the character animation!! I created the camera move by placing the characters on pegs. I was so excited when they assigned this to me, I love a challenge >:)

Not only did I storyboard Vox Populi, I animated this fun shot, too! Everything is hand drawn from scratch, no 3D elements were used. Lots and lots of arcs (*꒦ິ꒳꒦ີ) #hazbinhotel

It's time for more boarding talk! So I had the pleasure of storyboarding the song Love in a Bottle for Hazbin Hotel! Firstly, it was a total honor to get to storyboard something for a song sung by Keith David. The man has SUCH a killer voice. Bucket list item for sure haha.

i watched the new hazbins this morning and i’m still just like, floored 😵‍💫 i love this show i love these characters i love our team aaaa

Episode 2 of Hazbin! It was super fun to be back in heaven. Firstly, I boarded the lil convo Pentious & Emily have after the trial. I kept it pretty simple since the upcoming song has so much going on lol. But I also wanted the pangolins to physically be there cause I thought it'd be cute haha.

Another big sequence I got to board for this episode was 🎶 Once We Get Up There 🎶 but before we get to that, I’d love to breakdown the dialogue exchange leading up to it first! Had fun with the pacing and acting for the Vees and THIS was what made me love the triple threat even more ❤️💙💜

I GOT TO BOARD A #Chaggie SEQUENCE!! I love these two so much, you can imagine my excitement when I learned I was working on this part of the episode ♡⋆ ˚｡⋆ Another dialogue scene and I got to have fun with both—and KeeKee’s— of their acting.

I was in charge of boarding Charlie’s phone call sequence! It was fun playing with the camera for this assignment. Whenever she sounded more optimistic or certain, the camera is closer to her. When she sounds unsure or defeated, the camera pulls further from her!

I was blessed with being assigned a Lucifer and Charlie sequence! My strongest suit is character acting, but this was also a little treat for me since the directors know VERY WELL how much I love Luci (thank you Viv 🫣). I got to have a lot of fun with their facial and body expressions!

Gosh it’s very unreal to have Mastermind out in the world. I wrote this episode about 3 years ago now, we have been working on it for so long and I was anticipating it for so long it doesn’t feel real that it’s out fir real now 😭✨❤️
