He demanded a picture of the front and back of my license in addition to a selfie. I refused . How can he accept a verification document from a cell phone he just refused to use in the first place . He further stated that I was not allowed to record the call and disconnected the call

I am livid right now. I received a new credit card from Capital One and tried to activate it. I have been a customer for 25 yrs. After attempting to activate it returned with unable to activate and I had to call. So I called. He stated he could not accept my cell phone number to verify
