The last week of this experiment saw my phone usage time explode. To be fair, I have a very good reason: I got a new phone. After 18(?) years of iOS, it is the first time I have used an Android device full-time. I spent the last few days setting up, customizing, installing and deleting apps, looking

I completely messed my stats up this week. And it was all due to me refreshing my email app several times a day, as I was (and am) waiting to hear back from someone. (I'll share in my private RSS club more info.) I've also spent a whole bunch of time on YouTube on my phone. Normally, I only watch Yo

This week's Screen Time was higher than last week's. At least, I feel like it was. I am unsure about the exact numbers as Screen Time on my iPhone is still broken, but I have the distinct feeling I wasted more time dicking around on my phone. Mostly in the evenings, when I was watching TV. I realiz

One of my ongoing jokes is that the company I created (and killed last year) was called overkill Media, and not reasonable Media. This would explain why I do things the way I do them. This is probably most obvious with my hobbies. I have a slight(?) obsessive behavior whenever there is something new

I feel a bit dirty, but I vibe-coded a parcel tracking app for Linux because my beloved
parcelapp.net
doesn’t exist there. It uses the Ship24 API for tracking and works well so far. One less reason to stay on macOS.

I ended up installing Bazzite (Fedora KDE) on one of the SSDs on my Gaming PC and… why do I like this more than Windows 11 and macOS combined? It's probably because it's all new and I haven't broken anything yet (except the elgato Wave XLR), but so far I like it here.
