Star Award: Joanne Gill and Saffron Snowden 🌟 Joanne and Saffron went above and beyond to support a patient with hearing loss who was struggling to use their insulin pump. Their innovative approach and clear communication increased his confidence, helped his diabetes, and transformed his wellbeing.
