I normally have an 8 AM alarm but I turned it off yesterday since that was dentist o'clock. For some reason I didn't use the pause function which would have been the right move. Fortunately for me, Romeo started pestering me around 8:30 so I at least woke up. Not that I've made it out of bed.

I know it's probably not even going to make a noticeable difference but I'm still kind of excited to sleep with this mouthguard.
