Crazy thought, but some days I wish I had a way to make money with the knowledge and skills I've gained from progressing my lab. I put ALOT of effort into my lab to pitch new ideas, and software solutions to my current employer and I get alot of radio silence. Part of me just questions "why?"

The real irony of the whole Discord situation is I personally dropped Nitro ~1yr ago to save money. Personally, the major thing that will bother me is people leaving and, the part where I have to share my mug/ID. Listen, it's one thing to 'loosely' associate, and another to BIND my real identity.

Did some research, the only "mature" choice out everything else I've looked at seems to be Mumble if you want unlimited seats, or Teamspeak if you only have 32 friends lol.

Network upgrade complete! (For now…) My idea to “stage” the UXG-Pro in UniFi Network before deploying was pretty smart! I built out all my rules beforehand and it just picked them up when it reached the controller! Migration was (mostly) just pulling out the old guy and swapping in the new one!

Was digging around in my pile of tech, and realized "man, I should really protect these better, they're like gold on eBay now" Decided to start printing RAM holders, as the current setup I have now is kinda clunky. (I'm using OEM cheap plastic-carriers) Also found holders for my SFP's too!

I have a new favorite tool! There's this 3D-printable tool called a "Cable Buddy" that lets you save the location of Ethernet cables by creating a fake "switch" that you can transfer them to. Then, you pull the switch, put the new one in, and transfer them back! makerworld.com/en/models/47...

Welcome to my personal hell for the last 3 days, decided to toss up my support system and switch over to Jira Service Manager. This software is REALLY nice. I got a copy of the "datacenter edition" that's for high-availability setups, and the setup is a bit of a pain, but I'd say it was worth it.
