For the past 7 days I haven’t consumed sugar or carbs. For the first 5 of those days I had a dull, constant headache. Someone at work said it’s withdrawal symptoms from lack of sugar. It was the 5 days I was at work. 🤔

Today I cleaned the house, met my mother at a garden centre with my kids and watched Arsenal beat Chelsea. All immensely satisfying in their different ways.
