Agility Practice: 0/10 for Grace Today’s agility practice, I took a full-on wipeout. The miracle? I’m fine! No injuries—Apparently, I’ve still got the reflexes of a ninja in her late 50s. The lesson? Agility isn’t just for the dogs. Turns out I’ve still got moves… just not always the right ones.

I’ve concluded that the blue team uses too many big words the red team doesn’t understand.
