In my early days of learning Japanese, our teacher asked us to go home and make hiragana and katakana flash cards. Deeming index cards too boring, I instead made two "apps" for the Dreamcast VMU to help me practice my characters. 😄 #Sega #Dreamcast 🎮

I finally managed to get my hands on a pair of Geofóns. Probably thanks to the DIY kit, which does not seem to be very popular (soldering and assembling was simple). Since I am in Japan, I want to try them for their intended purpose, i.e., recording seismic activity.

Found this interesting collection of short stories by Eguchi Hisashi (江口寿史) from 1994 in a second-hand bookshop. One of the stories, called Pocky, really reminds me of ONE's Mob Psycho 100. Lots of similarities so I wonder if that was one of the inspirations 👀.
