Those who follow me closely know I am a trail runner. 2 weeks ago, I developed achilles tendinitis or tendonapthy - unsure which. There's acute soreness. I fear a rupture like Tatum so I have been on the DL for 2 weeks now. It's super hard. Running did a lot for me. I miss it. 2 more weeks to go💔
