FF13 COMPLETE and man do i have thoughts this game feels like the synthesis of FFX and FFX-2 in so many ways, but is ultimately worse than either. i liked it, but mainly due to its party characters (best in the series???) and not its mechanics.

okay NOW i have finished octopath traveler 0. this game sucks lmfao i take back my partial recommendation the post game has done nothing but sour me further. how is this shit so long and yet has basically nothing to say!!! why does it basically never get challenging until the last 20 minutes!!!!

i would like to issue an apology to master of all. it is bad, but bestower of wealth is truly terrible. possibly the worst story arc in any game i've played in quite some time. at one point i audibly got annoyed at how stupid a reveal was.

i have rolled credits on octopath traveler 0. it is extremely okay. - the first story is alright. the second story is really uninteresting. unfortunately the second story feels about twice as long. - the battle system still rips that hasn't changed. basically the only reason i finished this game.

ffxi was a nightmare to get working on linux BUT it runs so, so much better. truly nothing makes sense.
