Generative AI is such a drag to see on something that offers up so much user-creativity like #SecondLife does. Especially when its something that promotes creativity like RP Sims or Events. Even something like DJing! Seeing AI used to promote just makes it seem like lazy at best. Scam at worst.

Dear #SecondLife creators. We do not want to see AI people in your ads or your promos. We want to SL Avatars. Stop using AI for your announcements. You don't need to generate AI Slop pictures. Just take a picture in game. That's what we need to see.

Accounts that post AI generated images on the #SecondLife feeds are an immediate block for me. Why not take a screenshot of your venue in the viewer instead of being lazy, prompting some power and water sucking processing plant to waste resources on your slop that doesn't even add value to the post?
