Brewer in Hornindal says the kornøl he made yesterday fermented out in 10 hours and 15 minutes. FG 1.016. That’s a record as far as I know. It fermented so fast fermentor temperature went from 30 to 35C in 2 hours. He was using kveik from a beer he’d brewed the day before.
