Been adding a little exercise for my triceps into my lifting workout and oh man... I did not realize how weak my triceps are compared to the rest of my arms. o.o Definitely need work. #weightlifting

Also, if you use a two rig system for streaming, being able to take a screenshot in OBS is super handy. I wish I'd known how to do that earlier. If you didn't know you can do this, right click on the screen and choose "screenshot preview" it'll take a snap and put it in your OBS output folder.
