Personally, I just love this character :3 This is "Myaku-Myaku", the mascot of the EXPO in Japan(Osaka) last year, and he's an (official) shapeshifter who's made out of cells and water! Probably the 1st amorphous character I know to be used as a mascot at an international event :P
