While cops were busy writing criminal summonses to cyclists, a real criminal drove right past City Hall with an illegal plate cover. They didn't pay the congestion pricing toll and red light cameras couldn't capture his plate either.

I contacted @citytechcuny administration and reminded them that it's illegal to park a truck on the sidewalk and that their registration was 5+ years expired. That truck, which had been a long-term fixture of the Johnson St sidewalk, has now been gone for over a week.

If I wanted to get the Parks Dept budget to $1b, I’d simply enforce the traffic laws on Court St
