My company food allowance is £50 per day. Realised I can buy a couple of homeless people a sizeable meal whenever I travel and consume fewer calories at the same time. Makes me feel great and have had some great chats with real people. Do it if you can.

Just saw a youtube video of Oasis coming on stage. Fair play, big intro, I was getting excited myself, but as soon as the song started was like a bloke playing 2 chords in the same way they would around a campfire. I get it, but equally don't get it at all.

Took my daughter to a fun run earlier, was super intimidated to begin with by the parents in all the running gear, dreading it. However, felt great after, as if exercise works and makes you feel better! Who knew?
