I'm full of beans this week 🫘 Lunch today is my riff on a simple Tuscan bean soup, with focaccia from Northern Rye, my local artisan baker. And what a gorgeous day it is in NE6 - trees down my street looking fab on the autumn sunshine!

I've seen a lot of melty cheese on my feed the last couple of days, it's classic autumn comfort food. So I did pimped up pan fried cheese and ham toasties for lunch, with a cafetiere of strong black coffee. Perfect.

Just arrived and can definitely recommend. Crunchy, tart and totally natural freeze dried pineapple and raspberry. Just about to dollop some Greek yoghurt and a sprinkling of nuts in the bowl.

Once again it's a beautiful morning on Tyneside and I'm sitting in the sunny garden with coffee and a bowl of yoghurt, fruit and nuts. My home office is north facing, so this boost of light really helps motivation through the darker months.
