In today’s petty annoyance news, the Discovery Garden on the grounds of Fair Park in Dallas decided to quit taking reciprocal admission during the #statefairoftexas. Last year we used our Fort Worth Botanic Garden membership to get in and it was such a lovely respite during the Fair. 1/2

We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy. Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children.
