Starting to think I have the #GreyCupFlu now. Felt ok Tues & Wed (off Tues worked Wed) then started feeling progressively worse as the day went on yesterday. Slept 9+ hrs and felt good this morning...this afternoon not ao much. No appetite & a low-grade fever 🤒🤢

Progress...the before and after pics to go with it. The before, 260ish lbs, 10 days before my health crisis started. Now, 185 lbs and feeling really good for a change

Still going strong on my rehab & physical self. Getting the physical back in shape has been helping the mental side of life too

Workouts seem to be going well. I know many of you are worried im pushing it, but I honestly haven't felt this good in years. From my last workouts I've cut the weight and reps in half and building up from there. So far I haven't even been stiff or sore the next day

Finally back to this! After a year + (2022) dealing with hernias & 2 surgeries, then having my pancreas explode, recovery, then surgery, more recovery, serious internal infection & 7+ months off work....this feels so good to be back here! Yes I am taking it slow & not pushing it

While Monday was my "let down" day, today was the day I've been waiting for for MONTHS! Both abdominal drains are out now & got the go ahead to go back to work at the end of the month!

So today did not have the end result I had built my anticipation up to. A baby step closet, and possibly Wednesday will be my "good day" 😔

Tomorrow could be a very good day 😃 If everything happens as hoped, and unexpected seeing someone in a parking lot this afternoon will be the best thing to happen in a loooong time

Switched over to the snow tires today. Already on rims, so did it in the garage myself. Now...I'm super stiff & sore. Almost like I haven't been able to do anything for 7 months or so

With the company shutting down one mill already & our contract up in 2025, I have zero confidence in them keeping the other mill open past that contract. It's past time that I get this certification to go with the 18+ years of OH&S boots on the ground that I already have
