I've been periodically trying to look for work, but it gets more and more soul crushing as time goes on. My old career path seems basically non existent now. So I need to figure out what else I can do and where to even look for jobs at this point. Everything feels so discouraging.

Had to push back about the car accident this week and even though I know it’s the right thing to do it feels bad.

2025 has been a heck of a year and not necessarily a good one. I had hoped to escape the last few months unscathed but a cat shive accident last night had dashed that dream (all the humans are relatively okay at least)

I'm at a section in this story where I need to reveal a piece of information that will essentially kick off a major portion of the plot. Here's a live look at my brain every time I try to mention exactly what that info is:

Ok so I’m brining four books to a conference where books will be sold but in my defense I’m almost done one and I had two holds to pick up at the library.

The readers dilemma: how many books is too many to bring to a conference weekend? Is it three?

Fine. The story is probably better for me having to go back over it all again. And it's done!
