Sincere question: I can see that the IHRA uses examples to conflate anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism, but the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism does not seem to do that. I am not in favor of the bill, but how would adopting the bill facilitate cracking down on anti-Zionism as anti-Semitism?
