We made our own nature wands inspired by Julia Donaldson’s Room on the Broom 🧙🏼‍♀️🪄

We have been exploring place value by representing and partitioning numbers using tens and ones.

We junk modelled our own bee hotels, making sure they have shelter, plenty of holes, and are waterproof for our bees!

Today we hung up our very own bee hotel just in time for the solitary bees to hibernate 🐝❄️

As Wallacestone Change Makers, we are planting flowers to help the bees. Today, we cleared the planters to get them ready for our flowers. 🐝🌸

We had a very messy spelling session in P2 today using foam. Why not give it a go at home? ✨

As Wallacestone Change Makers, we are learning how to ‘Bee a superhero!’ We can’t wait to make a difference and share our learning with our school community 🐝.

Home Learning folders have been sent home today. The children should bring these to school everyday. Reading books will be sent home every Friday and should be returned the following Thursday. Common Word walls will follow after the children have all be assessed 😊
