One of the most interesting books I read last year was "The Unaccountability Machine" by @dsquareddigest.bsky.social which details the tendency to create processes or orgs to take the fall instead of people with real accountability. You can see these everywhere once you start looking out for them.

I'm only 12 stars in, so about 10% of the game, but already I feel this probably in the top 3 games i've ever played. Every galaxy has hit me with some wild mechanic so far. The only flaw really is that the joy con motion controls suck. Prefer playing it in handheld, not docked mode.
