Dan could take something as seemingly mundane as boardwalk t-shirts and cover it with respect and details like it was Watergate. And it never felt like he was doing it to be funny. It was funny! But this was the news to him and the story got the respect that the news gets. An incredible skill.

I'm having trouble keeping it together, but I can say this; as fantastic of a writer and representative of Philadelphia Dan was, what you will here from anyone who ever interacted with him is how good and kind of a person he was.

I got real tears man. Life is so fragile. We're getting to the point that the crew of Philly posters have known each other for 15 years. It feels like we'll be there for each other forever. In a way we will be, but in a sadder way we won't. I appreciate all of you and consider you all my friends.

Taunting should be allowed if you really flexed on someone. You get a big sack or an int? You should get the opportunity to flex. You yell at the sideline after a QB misses a wide open player and you didn't do anything? That's a penalty.
