Urban lizards have higher body temps. So Princeton collected lizards from 3 different cities in Puerto Rico and held a lizard race in the lab. Lizards were the best at sprinting in the temperatures they live at. Big limbs? NOT always faster. But in the heat long limbs are faster! #SICB2025
