Working at Toys R Us over Christmas was one of the toughest jobs I’ve ever had… and I say that having also been a brain surgeon & now a GP 😂 Parents would absolutely lose it in there! We had to break up fights! They would blame us for ruining their kid’s christmases! Twas character strengthening 😂

I can’t tolerate earbuds with rubber ear tips (as in pic) - it’s so frustrating. The rubber ear tips in my ears just make me feel so disorientated & nauseous. Anyone else? I can’t figure out why; I wondered if it’s the rubber tips taking out the background noise & completely blocking the ear? 1/2

I was reminded today that you can't just 'create safety' with a clever technique, or just declare "all views are welcome". The key thing is WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS when people speak up with honest views. Is there genuine openness & welcoming of diverse views? This will tell you something about safety.
