Off the top of my head, I think we need laws for publically traded companies that are more strict than for private. I think it would make the world slightly less grim if a they were legally required to hire somebody to fill any job posting they list within two weeks if anybody at all applies.

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

Sometimes you're in the mood for absolutely depraved shit to happen to you and that's okay. Self care can look horrifying to an outsider, but as long as everyone involved is having fun, it's all good.
