also my aunt is controlling af and will make a big deal out of it if I say no to meals or try to workout. she already is constantly complaining to my mom that I'm "too thin" which I'm totally not, she just hates that I lost weight at all

rn I'm so disheartened bc I was losing weight consistently for like 4 days but my mom asked me to visit my aunt for a little bit to basically break the ice after a falling out. anyway i feel like I'm definitely gonna gain while I'm here because they're constantly going out to eat :/

I'm sorry for constantly disappearing I feel like I'm missing out on making genuine/lasting connections here because of it but everything sucks and life is hard lol nothing can go right in my life and my way of coping is isolating myself(which doesn't even help) and idk how to stop
