Had 460 cal for breakfast with a giant matcha and 240 for lunch since I had two high fiber tortillas and one serving of mozzarella cheese. Will burn all of this off later and unfortunately it is more than I wanted but at least it's better than yesterday! 💛

I feel a big relapse incoming because I have lowkey been slacking while depressed as all hell Reaching that level of depression where my Ed feels like my only irl friend I have again I want to have a friend group I want to be wanted as a friend I just feel so empty and lonely
