should i cut out dairy? i kinda wanna keep yogurt. is there dairy free yogurt? the benefit of yogurt comes from the bacteria cultures that grow during the fermentation of the dairy, or w/e. so maybe cut out most dairy but keep yogurt and that kinda stuff. unless theres dair free alts

i think im gonna try and cut out dairy, gluten, and as much added sugar as i can. gonna do a longer f@st to help flush my body of all that, and then focus on eating protein and veggies. if i want smth sweet, ill have a sweet potato or sugar free juice. for starches, ill eat corn and potatoes
