Played some bloody DnD tonight, started the Rime of the Frost Maiden campaign. I'm playing a retired human fighter, who is stubborn, grumpy, and always aching in some way. I rolled a single check in our first session and it was a nat 1, to trip over a tree and shout "AGH, FUCK!"

Watched the Louis Theroux thing tonight, and spend most of it, and the following hour, absolutely livid. Its absolutely the point of the show, but fuck man, these people are real, not just badly written characters. FUCK.

I keep getting tricked by YouTube shorts. You see something mildly interesting, and all is doing is leading up to engagement bait at the end. I know that's kind of the point, but i still hate it. It's second only to the "leads back into the cold intro" garbage

Played a couple new board games this afternoon, both good! Glasgow was like if patchwork was a eurogame, very fun mechanics, very decisioney, but plays fast. We also tried Air Land & Sea, and had my ass handed to me three times by Laura. Very fun!
